Conversational Selling Skills

Traditionally, sales trainers have taught that sales is about convincing, persuading and talking people into buying. At JG&A we disagree, and believe that sales is simply a conversation, or series of conversations, leading to help someone choose to do business with you. While there is no one “right” way to sell, there are many common mistakes salespeople make when selling. This workshop teaches salespeople how to avoid common errors, gain confidence and easily close more business by providing them with a “real-world” sales process that works. Salespeople learn to:

  • Establish rapport
  • Gain credibility
  • Develop an “elevator pitch” (30 second commercial)
  • Sell the way your customer wants to buy
  • Ask the right questions
  • Listen effectively
  • Use a straightforward, honest and proven 6-step sales process
  • Confirm the information gathered is correct
  • Use all four necessary elements of a sales presentation (you're only using one!)
  • Work through objections
  • Close more business, easily, naturally and with integrity
