Why JG&A?

Our work is based on more than 4 decades of professional sales experience and 14 years of experience managing salespeople. These, combined with his background in the theatre and stand-up comedy make Jeff uniquely qualified to work with and train people in a way that engages and entertains but, most importantly, gets results. Our workshops are practical, “real-world” and the techniques we share are immediately implementable.

Our philosophy is simple…in order to sell more and retain business you must understand what prospects want/need and provide them with outstanding value. At JG&A we believe that salespeople achieve the best results when they are direct and honest. Sales is a conversation, or series of conversations, leading to help someone choose to do business with you. No pressure, no persuading and no convincing. We place a great deal of emphasis on questioning and listening skills. The best salespeople are always the best interviewers (question-askers), the best listeners and the best story tellers.

While giving a good presentation and knowing how to close are important, the key to selling is in the questions. In fact, we believe that if you ask the right questions, and listen carefully to the answers, your prospects will tell you everything you need to know in order to sell them. We’ve had the opportunity to teach, coach, observe, mentor and speak in front of many thousands of sales professionals, from financially successful veterans to the most junior of new hires in a diverse array of industries.

Jeff delivers powerful, high-energy programs and speeches that draw on his years of experience as a performer. He is relentlessly energetic and results-driven and injects humor, passion, and a strong dose of reality into his programs. While he claims his training is not meant to be motivational, people are highly motivated after working with Jeff as he offers them tips, tools, techniques and processes that help salespeople do what they do (sell) better.
