We place a great deal of emphasis on questioning and listening skills. The best salespeople are always the best interviewers (question-askers), the best listeners and the best story tellers.
While giving a good presentation and knowing how to close are important, the key to selling is in the questions. In fact, we believe that if you ask the right questions, and listen carefully to the answers, your prospects will tell you everything you need to know in order to sell them. We’ve had the opportunity to teach, coach, observe, mentor and speak in front of many thousands of sales professionals, from financially successful veterans to the most junior of new hires in a diverse array of industries.
