I liked Jeff! He was simple, funny, did manage to give good examples. Seemed to do a really good job of incorporating the crowd and making people feel willing to speak up and ask questions. I personally related to the motivation portion the best as I probably needed that the most but I took quite a few notes and there were several things that I will work on with our company and our employees in the fields that seemed like really good practices.
